Parsons Marina Berth pricing and policy
· Monthly tenancy’s for first twelve months
· Payable in advance in quarterly instalments
· Letter of agreement to be completed prior to reserving berth
· Sub-letting of berths permitted through Parsons Marina Management , management fee will apply
· Parsons Marina reserves the right to refuse any marina letting application and may require satisfactory references prior to confirming successful application.
· Prices are subject to regular review
· Parsons total care services are charged out on a job by job basis
